The Ross Levy Award has been established in memory of an FCCA member whose loyalty and
spirit live on after his untimely death. It has been established to ensure that deputy clerks around
the country whose performances both on and off the job have been exemplary and have had an

be recognized at the Annual Conference, and will receive a plaque and a check for $200.00.

other deputy clerks who have been as loyal to FCCA as Ross was. In addition, $500 was donated
from the Southern District of New York, and $500 came from the proceeds of the New York
Conference. In the future, funds from the general treasury of the FCCA will be allocated
annually to support this program.
