The FCCA Special Service Award was created in 1995 to recognize those FCCA
members who have made a significant contribution or given outstanding service to the
FCCA. Any FCCA member may nominate a fellow FCCA member.
Nominations should include a brief description of the reason for the nomination
and an explanation as to the extraordinary contributions your nominee has made to the
FCCA. All nominations are to be submitted to the Awards Chair via e-mail, fax, or US
mail. The deadline for submitting nominations is April 15.
The Awards Committee reviews the submissions and presents all nominations
along with the Committee’s recommendation to the FCCA President who makes the
final determination as to who will receive the award. No more than five Special Service
Awards are usually given in a year. The recipient(s) will be given their award at the
Annual Conference.
This is a great opportunity to recognize our valued FCCA members whose
contributions to our organization are exemplary.
