The 2014 Conference is Full
Friday, June 06, 2014 10:00 AM

Dear Membership,

The Federal Court Clerks Association (FCCA) would like to thank our members for your overwhelming response to our recent annual conference registration. Registration opened May 1, 2014, and in a little over a month, we were able to fill registration completely, a total of 330 attendees. Also, we were able to meet our conference registration goal well before the event.  That is both remarkable and encouraging!

For everyone who has registered, we are truly excited to spend the week with you in Seattle.  Please make sure to pay your conference registration fee promptly via the payment process chosen during registration.  All participants must pay the applicable registration fees as soon as possible to secure your spot.

If you have not yet registered, you can still request to be added to the conference waiting list.  We intend to make room for as many members as we can and are coordinating with hotels in the area to make as many rooming arrangements as possible for conference attendees and guests.  To be added to the waiting list, please send an email to fcca2014@fcca.ws.  As spots become open, you will be contacted, in the order in which your request was received, by a member of Team Seattle with directions on making your registration.

If you are registered and you determine you cannot attend, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible.  You can do so by sending an email to Team Seattle at fcca2014@fcca.ws.  Also,if you need to cancel your hotel reservation as well, PLEASE do not cancel directly with the hotel.  Instead,  just let us know that when you request to cancel your registration and we will substitute someone from our waiting list.

Thanks again to all of you for your tremendous support of the association and our annual event. As you can see from the published conference agenda, we have a great educational schedule, inspiring plenary sessions, and many networking opportunities for our members.  2014 is shaping up to be a banner year for the FCCA. We are extremely excited about our upcoming event, and look forward to welcoming you all to Seattle, Washington in August!

Sincerely,

Chuck Diard,
FCCA President
